Cleaning up the Betsy Layne Cemetery will take a lot of help. 

With the cemetery's current state, we have received estimates in the $25,000 - $30,000 range to remove all the dead trees, broken/fallen trees, vines, bushes, and over-grown vegetation.  Once the First Phase of the cleanup is completed, we can focus on monthly maintenance and headstone preservation.  Each passing year causes the cemetery to go into further despair.  If we do not raise enough money to get all the trees gone, the opportunity may be gone forever.
